Hello
I'm Katie (Myers) Schroeder and I am an entrepreneur, speaker, author, and lifelong business enthusiast. I have served in the insurance industry, had my own coaching business for 6 years, and have spent 4 years as COO of a thriving startup in the healthcare and education industry and in the last 12 months I've reignited my consulting business.
I believe in the power of relationships and that if we treat our businesses like we treat those we care about most in our lives, we can truly make an impact.
So what fuels my passion for relationships? I'm a Mama to two incredible little boys, Hank and Archer. I'm a wife to my incredible husband (who is also an entrepreneur), Henry and we've made a life together that is full of laughter, connection, communication, and lots of entrepreneurial conversation.
We have sweetie pie pups, Theo and Vinny.
My Story
My career has been a nonstop of adventure of different sales positions, 1099 contractor gigs, insurance sales, start-up experiences and building multiple businesses. Though there may be different industries and job descriptions, it all came down to one thing: building relationships and effective processes and systems to procure, grow and maintain those relationships.
My passion is to help you reach your goals, whether it be an individual professional goal, to get your biz off the ground or to reach the newest height and potential of your start-up. YOU CAN DO IT, it just might take a different perspective and someone that can get laser-focused on your goals and give you the steps to achieve them. Sounds fun right?
